Your new role

Keller is seeking a detail orientated and forward-thinking human resources coordinator to join our national HR team in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

As part of a busy, friendly, and collaborative team you will coordinate daily operational tasks across all employee life cycle procedures as well as assist with the delivery of HR projects, initiatives, and strategies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment from advertising to interviews and pre-employment checks.
  • Process and track all onboarding, offboarding and staff movement for all team members. 
  • Various administrative tasks including drafting and sending employment paperwork, reporting, raising invoices, maintaining HR spreadsheets, and managing the HR inbox.
  • Manage HR systems and people data.
  • Support the team with a range of HR initiatives, strategies, and projects.

What does success look like?

To be successful in this role you are passionate about human resources and have HR generalist experience. You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • A proactive and energetic style with outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
  • High level of drive, initiative, and a sense of urgency.
  • Experience with EA’s (Enterprise Agreements) and experience in a construction / engineering environment is desirable.
